What We Look For
- A genuine commitment to doing right by policyholders
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail in documentation and estimating
- Comfort working independently in the field
- Construction, restoration, estimating, or insurance experience is a plus
- A Florida or Georgia public adjuster license, or a willingness to earn one
